Iberdrola picks contractor for Europe’s largest green hydrogen plant
Spanish renewables giant Iberdrola has picked a contractor to build and deliver the electrolyser for what is set to be Europe’s largest green hydrogen producing plant, Kallanish reports.
It selected Nel Hydrogen Electrolyser as the preferred supplier for the 20-megawatt (MW) hydrogen plant in Puertollano, Spain. The facility will supply hydrogen for industrial use, to feed Fertiberia’s ammonia factory.
