GRAPHITE: Construction starts on Nouveau Monde's Matawinie mine in Quebec
Canada-based Nouveau Monde Graphite says that on-site construction work has started at its flagship Matawinie graphite mine and concentrator in Quebec, Kallanish reports.
Construction began this month and should take 30 months to complete in Saint-Michel-des-Saints, Quebec, the company says. That is about 120 kilometres north of Montreal, Quebec.
