GRAPHENE: Black Swan Graphene JV agreement closes
Quebec-based Mason Graphite has closed on its acquisition through Black Swan Graphene of assets tied to graphene-processing technology from Thomas Swan & Co Ltd, Kallanish reports.
The company reports that the joint venture launch of Black Swan Graphene announced last July was also approved by the Toronto Stock Exchange Venture Exchange. A new board of directors to oversee Black Swan has been created. Licensing agreements have been finalised.
