GM makes $320m investment in Lithium Americas, Thacker Pass project
General Motors says it has made its initial $320 million equity investment in Lithium Americas and its Thacker Pass lithium project in Nevada, Kallanish reports.
GM has purchased 15m common shares of the company at a price of $21.34/share for gross proceeds of $320m.
