Future Battery Minerals completes AUD 10m sale of Nepean nickel project
Future Battery Materials says it has completed the sale of its Nepean nickel project in Western Australia to Rocktivity Nepean for AUD 10 million ($6.76m), Kallanish reports.
The money will be split with partner Lodestar Minerals on an 80:20 ratio based on their joint venture agreement. To date, AUD 2.8m has been paid, and Rocktivity Nepean will make additional payments through June 2025.
