Foxconn to build Monarch’s autonomous, electric tractors in Ohio
Foxconn has signed its first manufacturing contract after acquiring the Lordstown vehicle manufacturing facility in Ohio with US-based electric tractor maker Monarch Tractor, Kallanish reports.
The undisclosed deal will see Foxconn producing the MK-V Series of autonomous fully-electric tractors in Q1 2023. This will follow production of the Founder Series in Q4 2022 at Monarch’s Livermore, California, manufacturing facility.
