Eve, Powin sign MOU on pack, cell supply
Eve Energy’s Wuhan-based energy storage subsidiary and US energy storage cell integrated solution provider Powin signed an MOU for mater supply of battery packs and next-generation cells, Kallanish learns.
According to Powin, this agreement encompasses the provision of both 280 and 306 amp-hour lithium iron phosphate (LFP) cells, with a total supply volume of 15 gigawatt-hours. The energy density of the so-called next-gen cells was not disclosed.
