European car sales drop to all-time low in January
Passenger car registrations in Europe dropped to an all-time low in January, with three of the region’s major markets suffering double-digit loss, Kallanish reports.
According to the latest data from the European Automobile Manufacturers Association (ACEA), new car sales in the EU, EFTA (Iceland, Norway and Switzerland) and the UK fell 25.7% year-on-year last month to 762,407 units.
