Electrolyser sales to quadruple in 2022: BNEF
Global electrolyser sales are set to at least quadruple this year as Chinese state-owned companies seek to show compliance with national decarbonisation goals, BNEF says in a new report.
The research provider predicts that electrolyser sales will increase from 458 megawatts in 2021 to between 1,839-2,464 MW in 2022. China should account for 62-66% of total demand, alongside the US and European markets, Kallanish learns.
