DOE funding supports clean hydrogen research at Princeton
An effort between the US Department of Energy and Princeton University aims to explore and advance the production of plasma-based clean hydrogen.
The Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory (PPPL) will lead a DOE Energy Earthshot Research Centre (EERC) as part of the government’s Hydrogen Shot initiative, which aims to reduce the cost of hydrogen by 80%.
