Critical Minerals Americas say it is acquiring a critical minerals and rare earth property in northern Alberta’s black shales, Kallanish reports.
The SBH property consists of Alberta rock-hosted mineral permits over metals-enriched black shales in the Athabasca region of northern Alberta. The seller was not disclosed. The property last explored in 2014 covers 800 square kilometres, according to the Ontario-based private company.
