Critical Metals to acquire Greenland rare earths project
Critical Metals Corp (CRML) has inked an agreement to acquire a controlling stake in the Tanbreez rare earth project in Greenland, Kallanish reports.
CRML, formed between European Lithium and Sizzle Acquisition, has signed a binding heads of agreement to acquire 92.5% of the project from Rimbal Pty. Ltd, for $211 million in CRML shares, valued at $10.71/share.
