COPPER: Nevada Copper encounters ventilation delays at Pumpkin Hollow
Canada-based Nevada Copper Corp says delays in completing surface ventilation fans at its developing Pumpkin Hollow underground mine in western Nevada will postpone steady production of 5,000 short tons/day until late in 2021.
The mine, which has encountered a series of delays, is expected to produce about 3,000 st/d starting by the end of June, it says in a recent update, Kallanish reports.
