COPPER: Mexico's December output falls
Mexico`s copper production fell year-on-year in December 2020, Kallanish learns from the latest report issued by local statistics institute Inegi. Output, however, was higher when compared to November.
According to the data, the country produced 39,592 tonnes of copper during the month. This was down by 2% on-year but 4.6% higher when compared to November 2020. Full-year output reached 481,579 t or just 1.1% more than the 486,903 t recorded in 2019.
