COPPER: Mexican refined output flattens in May
Mexican refined copper production flattened month-on-month in May, Kallanish learns from the latest report issued by local statistics institute Inegi. Cumulative output also remained down compared to the first four months in 2020.
According to the data, the country produced 38,221 tonnes of refined copper during the month. This was just 0.2% less than that in the previous month and also 3.6% lower when compared to the 39,631 t in May 2020.
