COPPER: Mexican refined, ore output slips in June
Mexican refined copper production went slightly up month-on-month in June, Kallanish learns from the latest report issued by local statistics institute Inegi. Copper ore extraction remained down compared to May.
According to the data, the country produced 38,478 tonnes of refined copper during the month. This was just 0.7% more than that in the previous month but 5.4% lower when compared to the 40,687 t in June 2020.
