COPPER: Mexican output slips in March
Mexico saw its refined copper production slightly fall on-month in March, Kallanish learns from the latest report issued by local statistics institute Inegi. Cumulative output also remained down compared to the first quarter in 2020.
According to the data, the country produced 40,350 tonnes of refined copper during the month. This was 1.2% less than that in the previous month and 7.3% lower when compared to the 43,514 t in March 2020.
