COPPER: Mexican output rises on-year in January
Mexico saw its copper production slightly increase on-year in January, Kallanish learns from the latest report issued by local statistics institute Inegi. Output, however, was down compared to December 2020.
According to the data, the country produced 64,018 tonnes of copper during the month. This was up by 0.6% y-o-y but 1.5% less when compared to December’s 64,977 t.
