COPPER: Increased production, higher prices boost Taseko Mines
Canada-based Taseko Mines reported second quarter 2021 net income of CAD 13.442 million ($10.752m) or CAD 0.05/share, compared to CAD 18.745m or 0.08/share in 2Q 2020, Kallanish reports.
The company’s net sales in Q2 2021 from the Gibraltar mine totalled 26.7m pounds of copper, down from 39.3m lbs in 2Q 2020, it says. Those sales produced CAD 105.5m of revenue for the company.
