COPPER: Brazilian refined exports fell on-month in June
Brazilian copper exports slipped month-on-month in June. These, however, remained higher in the first half of this year compared to 2020, Kallanish reports.
According to data from the Brazilian Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade (Mdic), exports decreased 1.8% and 25.2%, respectively m-o-m and y-o-y, to 6,250 tonnes. Year-to-date, Brazil’s copper exports reached 47,663 t or 10.8% higher over the first six months of last year.
