Chinese, US scientists develop functional graphene semiconductor
A team of Chinese and US researchers have jointly developed the world's first functional semiconductor made of graphene materials, Kallanish learns.
The researchers are from Tianjin University and Georgia Institute of Technology (GIT). Their research outcomes were published in the journal, Nature, on 3 January.
