China’s Xpeng celebrates new milestone with booming deliveries
Chinese electric vehicle manufacturer Xpeng Motors said Monday its deliveries surged 233% year-on-year in October to over 10,000 units – the second month to surpass that benchmark, Kallanish reports.
Deliveries last month totalled 10,138 units despite the semiconductor shortage. Year-to-date deliveries were up 289% y-o-y at 66,542 cars. Also in October, the Guangzhou-based, New York-listed manufacturer reached its 100,000th delivery milestone.
