CATL to mass produce sodium-ion batteries in 2023
During its investor conference call on 21 October, CATL disclosed it will start sodium-ion battery mass production next year, Kallanish learns. It also released its financial results as of the third quarter of this year.
CATL says: "So far, the industrialisation process of our company's sodium-ion battery products is going well. We still need more time on supply chain layouts. We've been negotiating with some passenger car clients."
