CATL escalates claims on alleged CALB patent infringement
Battery giant CATL has increased the claim volume for CALB's alleged patent infringement from about CNY 185 million ($27.71m) to over CNY 510m. CALB is another leading battery company founded in China.
According to CATL, due to the huge value of the products involved, an application has been made to the court for an increase in the amount of compensation.
So far, the court's decision has not yet been announced, Kallanish learns.
