BLM begins scoping period on new mining plan for Colorado vanadium-uranium mine
The US Bureau of Land Management is opening a 30-day public scoping period on Pinion Ridge Mining LLC’s proposal to update and consolidate operations at five underground vanadium-uranium mines in Colorado, Kallanish reports.
The Colorado-based company is prepared to submit a single mining plan for its Sunday Mine Complex in western San Miguel County in southwest Colorado.
