BHP to deploy battery, solar power to decarbonise Nickel West
Global miner BHP has partnered with Canadian electricity power generator TransAlta to commission a new solar farm in Northern Goldfields to reduce Scope 2 emissions at its Nickel West northern operations by 12%, Kallanish notes.
