BC Supreme Court approves Hudbay Minerals-Copper Mountain Mining deal
The Supreme Court of British Columbia has approved the arrangement plan for Hudbay Minerals and Copper Mountain Mining Corp, Kallanish reports.
The court approval of the merger was required under British Columbia’s Business Corporations Act. The deal had earlier been cleared by shareholders of the two companies and the Toronto Stock Exchange has conditionally approved the deal.
