Australia-based battery start-up Recharge Industries has reportedly made an offer for UK’s Britishvolt, which collapsed into administration earlier this month.
According to Australian Financial Review, Recharge wants to acquire Britishvolt rather than just its factory site in Northumberland, northeast UK. Recharge’s ceo David Collard is flying into London this week to press his case with government and industry, it says.
