Audi wins trademark infringement lawsuit against NIO at Munich court
German automaker Audi has won over its Chinese competitor NIO in a trademark infringement lawsuit involving Audi's models S6 and S8 and NIO's models ES6 and ES8 at Munich Regional Court, according to the local newspaper Abendzeitung-Muenchen.
This local court has decided to ban NIO from advertising for the ES6 and ES8, which haven't been officially launched in Germany.
