Arcadium Lithium starts trading after merger completion
The $10.6 billion merger of Allkem and Livent has been completed as planned, creating one of the largest integrated producers of lithium chemicals in the world, Kallanish reports.
Arcadium Lithium, the combined firm, announced the milestone on Thursday (4 January) as its shares started trading on the NYSE and the ASX. At the time of writing, shares trading in Australia were 9.20% down at AUD 9.87.
