Arca to start carbon mineralisation pilot at BHP nickel mines
Canadian carbon mineralisation company Arca will partner with global miner BHP to develop a pilot project at BHP’s Mt Keith Nickel West mine in Australia, Kallanish notes.
Arca says in a statement that the B.C. Centre for Innovation and Clean Energy (CICE) has provided the company with a CDN 1.25 million ($922,606) grant. The funding will be used to support the carbon mineralisation pilot project.
