Aquatech lands Thacker Pass lithium refining contract
Pennsylvania-based Aquatech says it has been awarded a contract for the lithium refining and purification process plants at Lithium America’s Thacker Pass project in northwest Nevada, Kallanish reports.
Aquatech has commenced work on the project that includes multiple process trains incorporating evaporation and crystallisation systems for purification and chemical production of lithium carbonate.
