Ambler Metals hosts tribal chiefs for Alaskan mines visit
Ambler Metals has hosted a site visit to the Ambler Mining District in northwest Alaska for eight chiefs from the Doyon region and NANA region that surround its planned Arctic and Bornite mines.
The meeting provided an excellent opportunity for open dialogue and discussions about the projects’ impact on local tribal economies and to offer information on Arctic mining, the parties say.
