Amazon, Plug Power sign green hydrogen supply agreement
Amazon and Plug Power have signed an agreement to power some of Amazon’s operations with green hydrogen, Kallanish reports.
Amazon says Plug will supply 10,950 tonnes/year of liquid green hydrogen for its transportation and building operations, starting in early 2025 under the hydrogen supply agreement. Plug will provide enough green hydrogen to power 30,000 forklifts or 800 long-haul trucks, according to Amazon.
