Albemarle presents Kings Mountain proposal to community
US lithium major Albemarle unveiled Tuesday its project plan for the development of the Kings Mountain mine, one of the few known hard-rock lithium deposits in the US.
The plan was presented to the local community in North Carolina as part of its ongoing engagement efforts. If approved, the mine could produce around 420,000 tonnes/year of spodumene concentrate. This is also subject to a final investment decision.
