Albemarle expects its lithium prices to rise 30% this year
US lithium producer Albemarle said Thursday it expects its realised prices for lithium and other energy storage products to be around 30% higher this year than in 2022, Kallanish reports.
Ceo Kent Masters said Albemarle remains confident in the long-term outlook of its businesses and is increasing its full-year 2023 net sales and adjusted earnings outlook based on the recent increase in lithium market prices.
