How can I get a visa letter so that I can attend the conference?
After you have submitted your registration you will receive an email with payment instructions. Once we receive your payment for the conference, we will be able to offer you a confirmation of attendance letter. Simply provide us with your dates of travel, passport name and number, and accommodation and we will prepare it for you. We will not send this letter to you, however, until your registration is complete with payment. Please make sure you leave enough time for your visa application and follow the application requirements of the country(ies) you plan to enter.
