Cancellation of the conference and inability of a registered delegate to attend: In the case of strikes, flood, fire, force majeure, including Covid-19 or any other circumstances beyond the control of BMR resulting in the partial or complete cancellation of the convention (and of any part of its programme), BMR won’t be held liable.
In case the conference is cancelled the registration fee will be carry forwarded for the next conference.

The Financial Year of BMR is from 1st January to 31st December. Membership of the Applicant shall be valid till December 31st in that financial year irrespective of the date on which the Membership commences.
